    Microsoft has fixed a Teams traffic routing issue that primarily impacted users in the EMEA region (TM1394359: Some users may see incorrect presence status information in Microsoft Teams ).
    According to the latest information from our partner Luware, monitoring of the service no longer shows any anomalies.
    We therefore consider the incident to be resolved and continue to monitor service stability in a standard manner.

    We continue to monitor the situation and verify the stabilization of impacted services, including Luware Nimbus and Teams Phone calling features.
